Deliveries
All orders will be sent either same day, if before 3PM cut off or the very next working day via Royal Mail 24® Next Day Delivery. Labels & Co will not be held responsible for any lost or misplaced deliveries. We keep a record of all tracking numbers and proof of deliveries and these are available upon request. We currently do not ship outside of the UK.
Return Policy
All SUMMER SALE orders can only be returned for store credit or exchange. Full cash refunds are ineligible.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase or the fit may not be right for you, we will offer you a full refund. The item MUST have the Labels & Co returns tag still attached to the neck tag and must not be anyway damaged or tampered with.
If a return is sent back to us over the 14-day window then the return will not be accepted. It also goes without saying, any returns that are worn, damaged, or in any other condition than when delivered, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
We quality check all orders before picking and also quality check all returns before they are accepted and processed. Please be aware returns can take 3-5 working days to process once accepted.

How to Return
Returns MUST arrive back to us within the 14-day window upon receipt of your order. Returns are sent to us at the customer’s expense and any exchange sent back by us will be covered by us. We will not be held responsible or liable for any returns sent back to us that get lost. We strongly recommend sending any returns back to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery to avoid any problems.

Cancellation Policy
All orders are final unless you are wanting to return for credit or exchange upon delivery of your order. Customer enquiry emails are not monitored around the clock whereas order fulfillment is. By placing your order you agree that you understand these terms.
